Our 3 training rooms are conveniently located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, just a short walk from Town Hall and Central stations.
Let us provide you with everything you need to have a small meeting for a training experience for a group of 3-8 students, all in a comfortable and friendly environment.
- Each room has 1 or 2 computers, TV, 1 or 2 whiteboards and a CD/DVD player.

Two rooms have Projector screen.
- Each room can accommodate 3-8 students.
- We have 2 rooms on level 4 with Internet connection and 2 rooms on Level 3 with Broadband Wireless.
- Tea is provided free of charge if you book a room.
- All 4 rooms are not available for hire from 6:00pm - 9pm onwards on weekdays or Saturday.
- Very reasonable price: $60-$90 per day (9am to 5:30pm)
- Should you wish to hire a flipchart or projector to attach to your own presenter's laptop this can be easily arranged.
- You may also bring your own projector
- We can also arrange an urn for you to boil water or help you to book a catering service at an extra charge.
- Room Hire is available by the Half Day - morning or afternoon or Full Day
- Morning room hire is from 9am to 1:00pm. Afternoon Room Hire is 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Full day is 9am to 5pm.
- Room Hire that straddles that midday period - for example 10:00am to 2pm will be charged as Full Day as SLS cannot hire out the room to other clients for the morning or afternoon.
- Special arrangements for room hire that falls out of these hours may be discussed with SLS staffs.
- We offer 10% discount of total rates if you rent a room for consecutive 5 full days or at least 6 separate days in a 30-day period.
Booking Details
1. Please book well in advance to help us provide the best service we can to meet your requirements.
2. Please call 9283 9892 or email info@sydneylanguagesolutions.com.au or fax the Registration Form to book a room.
3. You can process your payment by Credit Card through Phone, Direct Deposit, EFTPOS or Paypal. Payment is required at least 7 days before the event.
4. Your booking is ONLY confirmed if you received a confirmation email from one of our admin staffs after your online booking.
5. For billing purpose, you are required to fill in the Registration Form at all times.
6. Please always inform us whether you need the Internet, projectors or TV when you book a room.
7. Waiting Clients Policy: Reception services are not part of our room hire service. Should you require reception services, there will be some extra fee incurred.
8. You will be charged if any electrical instruments or computers are proved to be damaged during your period of room hire.
Cancellation Fees
1. Cancellation with 2 weeks or more notice, $10 administration fee will be applied.
2. Cancellation with 1-2 weeks notice will incur a 25% of room hire fee
3. Cancellation with 2-7 day notice will incur a 50% of room hire fee
4. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will incur the FULL room hire fee
5. Should we cancel the event, it would be greatly appreciated that you ensure that your clients are notified by you ASAP to reduce the misunderstanding or impact of your clients on our staffs.
Extra Services
Faxing and photocopying services are available at the following rates:
- Photocopies/Printouts A4: $0.40 each
- Fax: sending $2.50 first page, $0.50 per each page after
- Fax: receiving $0.50 per page
