Who should take this course?
The level would suit a traveller or a complete beginner who has no prior knowledge of the language. The student will start on all the basic fluency and proficiency skills - speaking, reading, listening and writing . The course aims provide the student with enough vocabulary and basic grammar rules to communicate with confidence in simple real life situations.

Expected Outcome

Course Duration: 10 weeks, one 2-hour session per week

Please Note:
- The enrolment fee must be paid at least one week in advance of the course commencement date .
- All classes need a minimum of 5 students to go ahead. If your course does not have enough students, it will be cancelled and you will be informed via SMS or email. Alternatively, we may still offer the course for 4 students with a slightly higher tuition fee with your agreement.
- You will need to dedicate approximately 2 to 3 hours per week outside of class time to the course, mostly to listen to the CD. You can do this at our school after or before class or any time at your convenience.
- If you would like to gain a better idea of our approach to teaching, you are more than welcome to sit in on one of our current classes of the level you are interested in.
Indonesian for Beginners 2 (Elementary)
Who should take this class?
Learners who have finished about 20 to 40 hours of Indonesian Beginner 1.
The learners should have the ability to understand simple sentences and make simple conversations.
The learners can ask and answer about name, nationality, time, simple direction and days during a week. They can also say sorry, thank you, greeting and good bye.
Learners want to learn more verbs, noun, vocabulary and improve in sentence structure and fluency.
